Description: TINOGARD TT can be added to the oil, perfume or organic phase of personal care formulations. Because of its insolubility in water a sufficient amount of solubilizing compound is needed in aqueous formulations to avoid precipitation. The product can be used at maximum end-use concentration levels of 0.3% for leave-on and 0.5% for rinse-off applications.

TINOGARD TT, a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is a highly effective, non discoloring stabilizer to prevent deterioration of ingredients sensitive to oxidation, such as perfumes, natural oils, fatty acids and the like. It protects rinse-off products as well as leave on formulations efficiently against thermo-oxidative degradation (e.g. rancidification and color changes).
